Brief annotation of the major subject:
It delivers principles, methods and means of measurements of physical quantities, their metrological support and
unity of measurements .Students study physical and mathematical bases of
metrology as a science about the measurements, general and specificl methods of
measurements, principles of measurements of mechanical, electrical,
thermo-technical, geometric, radio-technical, optical and other physical
quantities, as well as analog and digital means of measurements, automatic and intellectual
means of measurements, data-measuring systems and their metrological support.
The training of students is conducted according to three specializations:
- metrology and metrological support;
- testing, control and certification of products and services;
- measurement in commercial and owner's activity.
